Mig Welding Wire is a high wear resistant hardfacing wire, with hardness above 58 HRC, used for hardfacing of wear structural components. The wear resistance is 20-30 times higher than carbon steel and the recommended overlay thickness is 10mm or below. It is suitable for hardfacing of agricultural machinery, mining equipment which needs good resistance for abrasive wear, such as hopper, shovel, mud pump and crusher.
● Wear Plate
● Moderate impact resistant
● High temperature resistant(600 ℃)
● Hardfacing process on parts for super abrasive resistant.
The Wire that we produce is of unique formula with outstanding deposition rate, no spatter. Open Arc Welding technology is suitable to our wires. Hardfacing wire is to carry out surface treatment operations e.g. repair/maintaining, aims to extend the working life, or to pre-protect new casting parts for wear resistance.
The wire has been used widely in Power Generation, Cement Industry, Steel Works, Mining Industry, Petroleum, Chemical, Construction, Railway, Sugar, Glass Industry, etc… just to name a few but not limited.
